Blue Valley Hospital
In 2006, Weight Loss Healthcare Centers of America opened a specialty ambulatory surgical center in Overland Park, Kansas to help address the obesity problem in the Midwest. The company became a regional leader in laparoscopic adjustable gastric band surgery and began exploring new ways to provide more services to its patients. In order to expand services and serve more people in the community, the company opened Blue Valley Hospital in 2010.
Since its opening, Blue Valley Hospital has added additional weight loss procedures, general surgery, pain management and other specialties to better serve the needs of the community. Today, as we continue to grow, we focus on minimally invasive treatment options that allow patients to recover quickly and get more of life. Blue Valley Hospital is proudly accredited by HFAP, the Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program.
